Gilda Turitz has again been honored by two prominent peer review publications in their current year publications for excellence in fields of arbitration and alternative dispute resolution (ADR).
For the fifth consecutive year, Gilda has again been selected by her peers for inclusion in the 2021 Edition of The Best Lawyers in America® for her work in the field of arbitration. Gilda was previously honored to be named by Best Lawyers® as the 2019 “Lawyer of the Year” in San Francisco for arbitration. Since it was first published in 1983, Best Lawyers® has become universally regarded as the definitive guide to legal excellence. Best Lawyers® lists are compiled based on an exhaustive peer-review evaluation. For the 2021 Edition of The Best Lawyers in America®, 9.4 million votes were analyzed, which resulted in more than 67,000 leading lawyers being included in the new edition, or approximately 5% of practicing lawyers in the United States.
For the sixteenth consecutive year, Gilda also has been recognized for 2020 by Super Lawyers® in Northern California, currently for her work in the ADR field and previously for her expertise in business litigation. Every year Super Lawyers® recognizes the top 5% of attorneys in particular regions through a multi-phase selection process that involves peer nomination, independent research and peer evaluation.
